Financial Assistance Application

Thanks to many generous donors and Helping Hands Ministries, we are able to offer financial assistance for Semester Homeschool Programs!

To apply for Fall 2026 Homeschool Program financial assistance:

  1. Register online to reserve your child’s spot (choose the payment plan at checkout, then pay the $200 deposit)

  2. Fill out the application form below

  3. Email a copy of your 2025 (or most recent) IRS Income Tax Return (Form 1040, pages 1&2 only, with SSN’s redacted) to yes.basecamp@gmail.com.

The deadline to apply for Fall 2026 financial assistance is June 5th, 2026. Financial assistance awards will be announced via email by July 10th, 2026. Deposits are refundable if you do not receive the requested amount of assistance and choose not to attend the program.
